Here's To A New Year!

Dear Friends and Loyal Patrons;

2015 is upon us and I want to say thank you for your tremendous support. As some of you are aware this last year was quite challenging for me on a personal level. My family situation, particularly around the care of my mother was a tremendous learning experience. Much of my transition to Elemental Book & Curiosity Shop as well as how my work had to be structured in the last three years was very directly related to her needs and I was quite fortunate to have the flexibility of my sort of work and the support of Dominique, (Elemental’s owner) around all of that.  Happily Mom is now in excellent care, still nearby.

Through it all my work has been a blessing and the opportunities to learn and see so much in what we all are moving through is inspiring. I am fortunate to have a job that allows me to see and relate to other’s experience.

As I am now able to catch up with my life and work, many creative things that have been on hold will be moving ahead. The industry has moved through a lot of revolutionary change in the last few years and there are a lot of different kinds of modalities now being offered. Generally I’ll just be sticking to what I know and do but I can happily refer people to some excellent resources that work on other levels. There is largely a very co-operative and mutually supportive community of readers here in Winnipeg. My forays into work with fellow practitioners have been refreshing and uplifting and I look forward to more. There’s a lot of sharing in terms of technical know-how and some very different logistics; from things like Facebook, to how I am now able to offer a good consistent format for readings online over Skype, the mutual experience and advice of colleagues and many of you has been most helpful. The reading scene in Winnipeg is largely something we can all be proud to be part of.

I will be a bit more mobile in the next while, doing some events both promotion-ally as well as in support of charities and worthwhile causes. I am also responding to a lot of requests that have been on hold for group/party work and I plan on doing some formats for events that will be affordable and entertaining at the same time. I am looking forward to new growth and adventures. I value your requests and feedback and will be striving to grow and share further.

I wish everyone a very happy, prosperous and fulfilling new year.
Much Love,

Trev.
